摘要

类风湿和强直这两种病疼起来刺骨难耐行动受限，很多人吃西药吃到胃出血还是弯不了腰。湖北洪湖市中医院周祖山国家二级教授，主任医师团队传承非遗项目周承明老教授的经典秘籍，经过近几十年临床研究，把近几十年能找到的麝火疗法和雷公藤酒的文章都查阅了一遍。方法看似很简单，实则需要一定经验，单独用麝火，关节肿能下去一点；单独喝雷公藤酒，血沉会慢吞吞地降；两个一起上，病人夜里能翻身，早上手指也能自己系扣子。副作用也有，肝酶升高、皮肤起泡，但多数人反馈比吃激素舒服。老法子不是万能，却像冬天里的一块炭，火不大，真能暖手。以后要是能把剂量、火候、泡酒时间定成表格，把握好麝火的速度，火候，穴位等是临床效果关键，项目具有创新性值得临床推广。

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing diseases hurt like nails and bones. Many people still cannot bend their waists after taking Western medicine. In order to see if the old method can help, the article has read all the articles on musk therapy and thunderbolt wine that can be found in the past fifteen years, and even the master's thesis in the corner has not been spared. The method is very simple. First throw the keywords into CNKI and Wanfang, filter out the advertisements and repetitions, and then line up the remaining sixty articles by time to see who is like who is and who is quarreling with whom. The result is a bit scattered, but you can roughly spell out a picture: using musk fire alone, the joints can be swollen; drinking Thunderbolt Vine alone, the blood will slowly drop; when the two go up together, the patient can turn over at night and button his fingers in the morning. There are also side effects, such as liver enzymes increase and skin blisters, but most people say it is more comfortable than taking hormones. At the end of the article, I feel that the old method is not omnipotent, but it is like a piece of charcoal in winter. It is not very hot and can really warm your hands. If you can set the dosage, heat, and wine-making time in the future, and then pull a larger team to try it, it may help more people who wake up at night to have a good night's sleep.
