摘要

糖尿病患者中微循环异常的研究近年来取得了显著进展。微循环异常在糖尿病患者中普遍存在,导致组织缺血、缺氧和营养供应不足,加速糖尿病并发症的发生和发展。研究表明,糖尿病患者微循环异常的发生与多种因素相关,包括高血糖、炎症反应、内皮功能障碍等。针对这些因素,科研人员积极探索治疗策略,如药物干预、微循环改善技术等。此外,一些新型影像学技术的应用也为微循环异常的评估提供了新途径,如皮肤蓝斑激光多普勒成像和红外热成像等。这些研究成果为深入理解糖尿病患者微循环异常的机制和临床干预提供了重要参考,有望为糖尿病并发症的防治提供新思路和方法。

Abstract

The study of microcirculation abnormalities in diabetic patients has made remarkable progress in recent years. Abnormal microcirculation is common in diabetic patients, leading to tissue ischemia, hypoxia and insufficient nutrient supply, accelerating the occurrence and development of diabetic complications. Studies have shown that the occurrence of abnormal microcirculation in diabetic patients is related to a variety of factors, including hyperglycemia, inflammation, endothelial dysfunction and so on. In response to these factors, researchers are actively exploring therapeutic strategies, such as drug intervention and microcirculation improvement techniques. In addition, the application of some new imaging techniques also provides a new way for the evaluation of microcirculation abnormalities, such as laser Doppler imaging and infrared thermal imaging. These research results provide important references for in-depth understanding of the mechanism of microcirculation abnormalities in diabetic patients and clinical intervention, and are expected to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of diabetic complications.
