摘要

目的 对连续性血液净化对重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾损伤患者的治疗效果进行分析。方法 为了促进重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾损伤患者治疗效果的提升，研究就连续性血液净化的具体应用效果展开深入的探讨，将本院80例重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾损伤治疗患者作为研究对象进行分组，并在分组后分别实施不同的治疗措施，将两组患者治疗后得到的不同治疗结果进行比对。结果 在对比后发现，观察组和对照组之间的治疗结果存在比较大的差异（P＜0.05）结论 在重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾损伤患者治疗期间，使用连续性血液净化可以将患者的治疗效果显著提升，并提升患者的恢复速度。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of continuous blood purification on patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute kidney injury.
Methods: In order to promote the improvement of the treatment effect of patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute kidney injury, the study carried out an in-depth discussion on the specific application effect of continuous blood purification, and 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute kidney injury in our hospital were taken as the study The subjects were divided into groups, and different treatment measures were implemented after the grouping, and the different treatment results obtained after the treatment of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results: After comparison, it was found that there was a relatively large difference in the treatment results between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : During the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute kidney injury, continuous blood purification can save the patients The healing effect of the disease is significantly improved, and the recovery speed of the patient is improved.
