摘要

目的 研究分析对小儿癫痫使用左乙拉西坦单药治疗的安全性及可行性。方法 此次研究实施于2020年5月至2021年8月，共计纳入72例已经被确诊为小儿癫痫的患儿参与实验，对其基本资料进行了简单分析，确认符合实验参与条件，对本次研究所用药物无过敏情况。开展实验时，将72例患儿分配为两个小组，其中一组为对照组，使用常规治疗方法，另一组为观察组，需使用左乙拉西坦单药治疗，比较分析其疗效。结果 经研究数据显示，观察组患儿在接受左乙拉西坦单药治疗后，仅有2例治疗无效，对照组中7例治疗无效，观察组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为94.44%、80.56%，观察组疗效更优，（P＜0.05）；不仅如此，观察组患儿的认知能力、用药期间的不良反应均优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 将左乙拉西坦单药应用于对小儿癫痫的治疗中能够达到良好疗效，同时也能够保障安全性。

Abstract

Objective: To study and analyze the safety and feasibility of levetiracetam monotherapy for children with epilepsy.
Methods: This study was carried out from May 2020 to August 2021. A total of 72 children who had been diagnosed with epilepsy in children participated in the experiment. The basic data were briefly analyzed to confirm that they met the conditions for participating in the experiment. There was no allergy to the drugs used in this study. During the experiment, 72 children were divided into two groups, one group was the control group, which received conventional treatment, and the other group was the observation group, which required levetiracetam monotherapy, and the curative effects were compared and analyzed.
Results: The research data showed that after receiving levetiracetam monotherapy in the observation group, only 2 cases were ineffective, and 7 cases in the control group were ineffective. The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were respectively 94.44% and 80.56%, the curative effect of the observation group was better (P<0.05); not only that, the cognitive ability and adverse reactions of the children in the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Levetiracetam alone can achieve good curative effect in the treatment of epilepsy in children, and can also guarantee safety.
